I'd buy the same model tires that are on there. I just hate to have two new ones and two old ones, screws up rotating and you'll never replace a whole set at the same time again, so I would probably replace the whole set.
Patch it and roll. Before I got my 35's on my truck, one of my tires had 2 plugs and a patch. held air just fine. I have run them for years with multiple plugs/patches. No reason to replace unless its in the sidewall. You aren't driving an F1 car, or even autocrossing, yes safety is paramount in any car, but in a luxury sedan, where you aren't cornering at high speeds all the time, or putting your tires through their paces on a track, 3 plugs or patches is not a big deal.

Hell, one time, I even used 3 tire plugs IN THE SAME PUNCTURE, and it was in the sidewall. Say what you want, it got my 88,000 lb MRAP back on the convoy so we didn't die in trashcanistan.
