Would you take this offer on a Mercedes CLS?

Good show. You can't fault MBZ with the CLS. In my opinion it's their nicest offering, while still giving some practicality. The way I look at it, you get what you pay for. These cars are crazy expensive when new, so they are going to be somewhat expensive when used. Hence people's reaction to your monthly payment. But it sounds like you worked out a good deal. Keep it stock, as MBZ knew what was best for this car (as all manufacturers do), you won't have to argue with the dealer on warranty repairs, you'll have much less trouble later down the road, and also increase resale value.
Enjoy and drive safely please.

Often it does. With a German car, you are going to need every bit of that warranty. Don't risk it. Diamler-Benz's are elegant, timeless, classy, and rich. The brand is well respected and does massive testing and research on creating the ultimate combination of luxury, power, and style. Why mess with a force like that? Most people try, but ultimately end up looking foolish on the road. Respect your car, preserve it, and enjoy it for the longrun.

Car is plenty fast enough. I would not flash tune it, and yes it will void any engine warranty work.

Yea, warranty is important especially since I just paid for an additional two years. If I get bored, I may ask Mercedes about the Renntech, but so far I am enjoying the 400 horsepower and twin turbo V8!
