Default Worn radio buttons

Anyone figure out a way to replace the radio buttons on a newer Lexus by chance? I have a few that are worn, and was wondering if there was an avenue for this. Thanks.

You would have to replace the control panels with the worn buttons

If you are talking about cosmetic worn I wonder if there is a greyish silver touchup for Lexus buttons you can just touch them up with, some of the used Lexus cars have what look like the paint wearing off some of the buttons.

I bought mine used and I though about touching them up, however I also bought the extended warranty and I was able to get my dealer to replace the panel all together.
