I'll pass...and pick it up with a 30% leftover discount

BMW M6 is about same price but has way more power.
Lexus has never sold cars over $100k, hopefully they did a market study and the buyers are there. |

So they are basically charging $100k+ for a nice exterior and interior with a left over engine and drivetrain? The car looks amazing and when I saw the Super Bowl commercial I thought it was awesome...until I saw the engine, hp and transmission. I would have liked it better with a V6TT and DCT. Charging over $100k for looks alone is a little tough these days.

when they are only making 400 of them WORLDWIDE a month, youre not going to get a discount. LX570s are rare and they get sold quick for MSRP when they hit the lot
leftover engine? that came out 2 years ago after being completely revamped from the ISF engine. Does the M6 or ther cars in this class a completely new engines? Sure M6 has more power, not everyone cares about power. M6 has a boring look in and out, theres plenty of other non M 6 series floating around, although the look much improved over the last gen 6. |

LS500 engine has 415 hp, LC/RCF engine will be more exciting being an NA V8

Hey, what's up with the even Acura comment?
My NSX has a bespoke 9 speed DCT and it is smooth as butter (not to mention the bespoke engine) |

Good luck with the 30% discount. Do you ever see Lexus LX570 at 30% off? This is the Canadian price, the LX570 stickers for $105K. LC500h is $118K with no options. The car is gorgeous. Will sell very well for the allotment given to Canada.

In these days rich consumers wants everything, especially with the hp war. It's so cut throat at that price level

The LC will have a multitude of standard features such as:
· Race-Inspired Heated Steering Wheel w/ Magnesium Paddle Shifters · Ultra-Compact Triple Projector LED Head Lamps w/ Daytime Running Lights · Fighter Jet-Inspired 3D Graphic Tail Lights · Adaptive Variable Suspension · Mark Levinson® Luxury Audio System · 10.3” Multimedia/Navigation Screen · LFA-Inspired LCD Instrument Cluster · Sport-Influenced Heated & Ventilated Seats · Lexus Safety System + · Blind Spot Monitor/Park Assist · Aggressive Active Sport Exhaust · Cockpit Large Color Heads Up Display Touring package (semi-anilinie touring seats, panoramic glass roof, 20" wheels) $97,150*, Sport package w/Glass Roof and Sport w/Carbon Roof package (both Sports with alcantara accented seats, 21" forged wheels, limited slip diff) $99,810* and $101,370 respectively, and lastly Performance package (sports package contents + active rear steering, VRGS, active rear spoiler, carbron fiber door sills) for $104,370. Honestly not too bad. Folks will really need to see it, sit in it, drive it, to get a sense of how special this coupe is. Aside from aesthetics, things like even the volume knob has the sort of weighted feedback you'd find on thousand dollar home stereo systems, its in the details. This car is sure to put a smile on ones face. |
