Hi,
Does it make sense theoretically that the Lexus Dealerships that have "Elite Dealer" status probably pay more attention to customer satisfaction than those without elite status?

I dont know how much attention Lexus corporate pays to customer satisfaction ratings vs sheer sales volume in awarding the elite status?

The winners get to go on a trip, but there are stringent qualifications needed to get there around customer satisfaction. From this one could infer that Elite dealerships would be more attentive to your vehicle than non-elite dealerships as they have some level of corporate/financial incentive to ensure you are ecstatic about your experience there.

I haven't looked lately, but on the Lexus website there was a listing of Elite dealers by state. The dealership where I bought my first Lexus lost their Elite status for a while and after about 1 year or so they were using it their advertising again. I don't really know what might have caused it to happen.
