Toyota management is scared ****less that Lexus will become "the old man's car" like Cadillac and Lincoln. I can't blame them for NOT wanting that stereotype, but really this latest marketing push with the Sriachia Lexus and this ****ing rave, lets drop some x light show Lexus are just tugging at desperation IMO. The styling reset with the aggressive maw was a good start, but man they really need to provide relevant products that are technically better than what Audi, BMW, and Benz have out now. Not to say that their current products aren't good, as they're awesome cars if you want to own them for 5, 10, 15, or 20 years, but man they are way behind in tech and horsepower vs the germans IMO.

After many years of earthquake, I suspect those Lexus engineers have a mental illness. They need to check up regularly.

They don't have time to put memory seat and outside power folding mirror, but they do have time creating LED for the car.

So what if it does? I don't see any problem with that. First, building refined, smooth-riding, quiet cruisers is a large part of what made Lexus the success it became. Look at Infiniti, which, in contrast, tried at first to emphasize sport-sedans, and fell flat on its face. Second, seniors tend to have a lot of money to spend on new cars....though not always quite as much the 45-65 age group. Market to them, and you can make money.
