Always keep documentation of communication. Never talk. Always email. Take pictures of car in As- is condition. I had Dallas Audi dealer selling a used car cheat with me. Claimed car has HID lights. Too bad for him I take pictures of the car on the lot, with the feature list stuck on the car. When I drive off, and lights come on I realize they are halogen. So I pay a visit and they vehemently deny the car ever had HiD lights and they never claimed it to have any...that is until I showed them my pictures of their car with their feature list. Oops.... They refunded me $1000 for that.
