as others have said, this lc500 is likely to be a LOT more expensive.

The only thing that bothers me with this car is that I can´t afford it

If MT's first look review is to be believed the LC's curb weight is 4300 lbs which is heavier than RCF / GSF. So it has to be the new 10 AT which makes it faster. Of course all of these could just be estimates or hearsay - we'll have to wait until some actual test data comes out !

Either way the car looks & sounds epic !

I suppose the gearing might work to the advantage of making this car faster than the RCF...or maybe more annoying.
Dual intakes too.

Looks incredible. I really like this. Minor gripe, but I think the stubby deer antler looking stalk switches at the top of the cluster looks terrible up there...

Oh my god..cant wait for the F version. That thing will be the closest one can get to the LFA for 1/3 the price. This will be seriously good, personally I think it's insanely good looking worth the match with aston martin. A luxury reliable super GT priced less than a new NSX.......

based on common sense and then Andrew English article:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/cars/lexus/lexus-lc-review/

1800kg is roughly 3960lbs, same as RC-F... and it only makes sense since 0-60 is same as RC-F at 4.4s. They share engine after all and both are RWD. 8 speed was quick already and this thing has 20" tires base vs 19" on RC-F.

As Andrew wrote, carbon fibre in construction are latest additions to the prototype vehicle, that wasnt tested by journalists yet.

He also spilled few other beans - they added rear wheel steering, there will be AVS with new tech.

Lexus also said sub 100k ("just barely") price for base model and extras like carbon fibre roof (instead of glass), rear wheel steer, mark levinson... i suspect loaded LC500 will be $110k or so?

It is so nice... sad to see cc stalk gone tho! As brits would say, all bespoke Lexus now. Love LFA inspiration in interior too.
