It needs to be an 'LFA light' with possibly a V8 for it to succeed and hybrid completely should be out of question and Lexus will have another winner here.

Me thinks they took the original aluminum bodied LFA, tuned it down performance wise, rebodied it fashion wise and will make it a glass roof targa instead of a full vert. All very strange but a tremendous use of already sunk engineering dollars (Yen) if true.
It certainly does look like a rebodied LFA, but I think it looks very good. Calty did not dissapoint, this is what the production LFA should have looked like. I wonder what being a rebodied LFA means in terms of a future production model though.
