With a 4.0L V8 and a Tundra-grade live-rear axle, one could hardly call it a Corolla.

I love old school JDM rat rods. I had the saloon version of this car back in highschool and always dreamed of transplanting a 7M-GTE with the mk3 supra tranny and rear end. A couple of guys did it in Australia with a corolla hatchback and it was a beast. Found a similar setup:
