Of course this takes place in Russia.... that place got the worst drivers.

Translation: The guy who comes out of the BMW says to the ambulance driver "why are you driving in the left lane without your sirens, you don't have that right".

I hate when people think they can take the laws into their own hands. What the BMW driver did is even worse than an ambulance driving on the left hand side without sirens on.
