They're not comfortable, questionable reliability, they look somewhat ugly, they have cheap/low tier paint quality (not kidding)
And the cars themselves have a sterile feeling, Toyota also have many vehicles that perfectly fit that description, but the Toyota's just feel sterile in a good way like they're more user friendly with better practicality and more flair..
