Can you please describe the dealer service level for the MB and perhaps a comparo to the Lexus service you have been receiving?

 

i can answer that question...Non existent compare to Lexus , they try but fall so far short its not funny .

 

Is that the case in Japan as well?

 

I am not sure just yet as I have yet to have a service. The buying experience was on par to Lexus.

But, at roughly $220-230K at the current exchange rate I am guessing I am getting better treatment than someone buying an A-class. That is a pretty rotten thing to say, but that is hows the world works unfortunately.
