My father is looking to purchase a brand new 2015 GX460, and I would like to find out whether it's possible for him to trade in my 2014 Lexus IS350 F-Sport for which it's under my name and is still under financing.

Yes he can trade your car as long as you are there to sign the paperwork on the trade.

technically you're selling your car and giving the money to your father for him to put down on his car, so you might want to be check info the tax implications (giving a gift more than tax free allowance), but yeah, the dealer won't give a crap about your tax issues.
