I love the F Type, but when it comes to cars like that, I just can't help but wonder why a manual isn't an option. Driving a stick has never been a burden for me, in any traffic situation, and is just more fun. I've tried the whole auto-manual paddle shifting and it just wasn't the same. Not having a manual option is probably the biggest reason I would skip it even if I had the money to buy one, cause manuals are just too damn fun.

Traditional 3 Pedals are OUT and though. The take rate would probably be less than 5% which is why they are becoming harder and harder to find from most makes including Porsche phasing it for their PDK despite being the first to offer a 7MT, some future BMW M's will only have DCT option, Lexus won't make one, Audi has a handful of performance models etc. Slushboxes are now more efficient too. MT will still be around just not as prominent as before.
