Smile Recently purchased CPO

Does anyone know what the tire depth needs to be for a vehicle to be CPO'd? Just purchased a used cpo rx350 from lexus dealership. The front tires at 8/32 and the backs are 6/32.. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't the age of the tire also have to be taken into consideration, as well as tread-depth? Tires can deteriorate from age as well as tread wear, even if they don't have a lot of miles or wear on them.

Tires are almost 3 years old. Look to be cracking on sides near tread and look brittle. Was given $200 by lexus for compensation. We all know that won't pay for both tires on rx. Beautiful car but also had bumper coming off under headlight on way home from dealer. Seems to be doctored up . Saw white paint on rubber stripping behind car. Waiting on fixes by dealer

Age sure, but it's really not that common on the cars my store take in. May be a different story elsewhere

Damn, that sucks. My non-CPO Fusion came with new tires, LOL.
