With the new upcoing CAFE and emissions regs, it will be interesting to see if Chevy can actually fit a production engine like that in with the rest of its fleet-averages on the street (including the Chevy/Holden SS, other Corvettes, and high-performance Camaros), and still stay within the law. It's possible, but I wouldn't bet on it. And even if it is possible, there would probably be a pretty hefty gas-guzzler tax.
