Does anyone recommend using pick n pull to remove their parts car

It wouldn't hurt to call them and get a quote. I've used peddle to get rid of a vehicle, but not pick n pull. Depending on whether you have access to a truck & trailer, you will get more salvage-wise by hauling it to a local metal recycler yourself...you just have to make sure the gas tank is removed and all the fluids are drained/or the engine pulled.
