There are a good amount of changes if you look closer, particularly in the nose/front end, some detailing in the sides especially in the lower door area, the rear has some styling changes too to give it more detailing and a little closer to something that could go in production.

After looking at VH_Supra26 better comparison pics they do look much more similar now then the first impression of the graphite compared to the red I got, maybe the red/lighting/picture quality is hiding some of the more defined details/creases I was seeing in the graphite version especially with the two side profiles we quoted. The front lower air dam area still looks to have had some work done to it but maybe that is just because it is a solid color now and the vent behind the front wheel looks to be more defined on the graphite but maybe I am just not seeing it as well on the red.

Correct, and as we all learned last month Lexus has said the production LF-LC will look very close to the concept. I believe at least 90% of the styling cues will carry over into production. Just wishful thinking, but maybe the FT-1 will follow the same path.
I really think they are the same, besides the color change. Even the man in charge of the project (Kevin Hunter) has stated the only changes that were made were the exterior paint and interior leather.
