i agree, the renderings and concepts do look good and i think it is because of the rims and the drop. the concepts and renderings are always pictured with the car lower than it will be in the production car. the spy shots have a huge fender gap, but given the fender gap, the supra should be well balanced and handle very nicely

I like it except that nose bump. I don't know why it's there or who thought it was a good look.

Funnily enough, the answer to that is likely in your CL handle.

It's going to be very hard to put a license plate on that nose.

Toyota hasnt been in F1 for nearly 10 years. FT stands for Future Toyota anyway, pretty different from TF which stood for Toyota Formula

^ But they do compete in FIA WEC (on stage being Le Mans) with the TS050. It utilizes a twin turbo 2.4L V6 with 500hp. Should of just put that in, instead of the BMW engines

Well, it is in this thing-

But that'd probably be LFA x3 in price if produced, so La Ferrari territory, nowhere near the Supra lol! Would be nice though

Well I never said anything about the FT. I was referring to the TF109, which the red rendering shares front end cues with. Specifically the bump along with it's fu manchu. Same goes for the black "winglets" in the bumper.

May have been 10 years, but it's there.

Looks like the race version of this car was halfway revealed in a spy video at the Geneva show

At around 50 seconds you can see the guy touching the front wheel and it's not really attached to the car

This thing looks small as hell... looks smaller than the 86 even... I hope it's just the way the pics were taken, the FT-1 looked so much better because it seemed like it was longer and wider. I dunno...

This thing could have been a legend in its own right if Toyota developed an in-house powertrain for it. The last Supra isnt really known for its great handling, but rather for the 2JZ.
