She almost clipped a car coming around the corner too. This woman should never be allowed to drive again.

shes hauling ass in a parking lot too, no seatbelt

It's pretty obvious she passed out or was near unconsciousness before the impact. Look at how she just ragdolls into the front windshield.

This is just a silly comment.

Or she could be drunk? In that case, she shouldn't be allowed to drive again. There is no way to know, but everyone can be an armchair critic.

What caused the accident?
Since this was obviously shot in Russia (or the Ukraine), it might sound a little stereotypical, but my first two guesses are either too much vodka (a big problem in that country), or simply not paying attention to where she was going. Although it was difficult to see clearly inside the car, she did not appear to be on a cell phone (though she could have been texting while looking down and holding something in her lap). Many accidents happen that way today....from high-tech devices causing distraction.

The woman did not appear to be seriously hurt, even though she was tossed forward to the side. She straightened back up on her own power...but we didn't see her get out of the car, so we don't know for sure.

Watch again (preferably fullscreen in high-def). She makes several small attitude adjustments right before impact. The ragdoll effect is simple inertia acting on a body that was not braced for the impact. Unconsciousness is not the only reason one would not be braced for a crash.

Not silly in the slightest, and I stand by it 100%. People who can't be bothered to pay attention to their surroundings should not be permitted to drive, period.

To us this is just crazy. To them it's just another Tuesday. Notice how the SUV calmly reverses out of the way, then digs out after the accident? The other people casually walking to their parked cars minding their own business.

She couldn't be passed out since she managed to turn into the driveway and even made a small correction to recenter herself in the lane.

Stupidity caused that accident.
