They all have dash cams because they are considered the worst drivers in the world, so things happen hourly!
Just go to youtube and type in Russian dash cam.
They have roads with no speed limits, so lots of shtuff happens. If you look at another driver, they assume you saw them and that you will let them in... Never hand a vehicle to an arrogant person of the such! Cams are for protection LoL too many crazy drivers, bad cops and insurance scams!

That always makes me wonder about the cars you see on here with huge camber. Like that obviously screws up your tire wear and handling. Seems pretty dumb to spend $900 on tires just to ride on them at a stupid camber that wears out in 15k miles.

If you listen to the audio carefully, that IS300 has a GTE swap. Stock twins, but GTE swap. Maybe I do too many of these, I can tell what's under the hood by the exhaust note lol. Stock non turbo engine would not have power to kick out like that 
About the video cam. Many of the drivers there install them due to the excessive amounts of insurance fraud that happens. People will jump in front of your car out of nowhere, and demand compensation. Or say you're stopped at a red light and the car in front of you floors it in reverse. They then proceed to claim you rear-ended them. This kind of stuff happened so much and was getting so rampant that many of the drivers put dash cams in for their own liability protection. It so happens that because so many people have dash cams, you get to witness some pretty crazy accidents happening. Many drivers in Asian countries have dash cams as well for similar reasons.
Imagine if every car in the US had dash cams, there would be a crazy amount of bad driving caught on footage as well lol

You can hear the car lose traction, just a moment before it hit the wall. The rear was still slipping when they corrected (panicked) which resulted in the complete loss of control. Would probably have been easier to manage with a stock vehicle, but not necessarily.
