I'm very excited to see this. The design trend with the CX-5 and Mazda6 has been a smash in my eyes. Has it translated to sales yet? Not really, but just the fact these cars are getting smaller, more efficient, more dynamic, more innovative, and more fun makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
im really liking them and glad they are making a good come back
but i do hope they do better in sales
too bad im not in the market for that segment of cars, otherwise I wouldnt mind considering a CX-5

Nah, I ll take the V6 over the turbo any day. However, we all know a V6 in the 3 is highly unlikely.

if the mazda3 is indeed identical to the rendering on top and gets about 35mpg average on a normal engine then I'd buy one myself. But as usual mazda always numbs it out and makes it more bland than the renderings.
the mazda6 isn't as dramatic in person as the pics show it to be. it's actually a very bland car. It doesn't have the oomph as the kia optma or the chevy malibu has. It's somewhere in between a camry and a ford fusion.
