Volkswagen Snowareg is the ultimate in winter mobility

Despite living in the North Pole, Santa has an impressive collection of supercars including the Mercedes SLS AMG and Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. These are both fine cars, but if Old Saint Nick is looking for something more practical he might want to check out the Volkswagen Snowareg.
Originally constructed in 2011 for Volkswagen Sweden, the Snowareg is the ultimate winter vehicle as it is based on the Touareg and features tank-like tracks that work "perfect" on all surfaces.
Power is provided by a 4.2-liter V8 TDI engine that produces 340 HP (250 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the standard model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.8 seconds and average 9.1 L/100 km (25.8 mpg US) with CO2 emissions of 239 g/km.
