meaning, if one dealer does some work on your car will another dealer be able to pull up that info???

I need to know as a fact not guess work here....

Well at the Lexus dealer we I work at, I know every Lexus's information as long as I enter in a VIN I can pull up info that has been reported by dealers via PDI's and RO's. I'd assume Honda/Acura are the same

Some of the work done at dealerships (depending on what they do) would (or could) end up getting recorded, not necessarily by dealer-service networks, but by other sources as well. For example, many dealerships have body-shops that do post-accident repair...no matter where that kind of work is done, it is likely to be entered into the Car Fax system, unless you're dealing with an unscrupulous shop.

Yes they are linked. Same process as Hoovey mentioned above. If your asking if you can take an Acura to a Honda dealer and they can access service history I don't believe so.

True, I can't look up Toyota's only Lexus. To that end I have a BMWDealerspeed account I can access too lol

You can also look up at any Lexus history (serviced at dealership) online if you have the VIN.
