That is expected in a city with parallel parking, infact those bumps seemed tame, its why you set the e-brake
I was in NYC in manhattan and a brand new Land Rover and RX350 both with temporary tags were parked on the street with a civic parked inbetween, civic leaves and this giant buick pulls up, this old guy with his old *** buick with a sagging rear could not fit but he rocked the **** out of the 2 SUV, horrible to see but it happens everyday.

This is normal in major French cities, which is why a lot of base model French cars still have unpainted bumpers. The Ferrari owner should have known better than to park his car on such a crowded street. Similarly, the bumper car driver should try to take note of an expensive piece of Italy behind him so that he doesn't get his bum handed to him, either physically or financially.
