I never understood why the RDX was the only one to get the 2.3L turbo I4. They could of done so much more putting it into the CR-V for instance. Element. Civic etc..

Gah Europe always gets the better interiors!

I think the Civic hatchback (the one they sell mostly in Europe) looks nice

Yuck! Poor Honda they put k24 on current si then k20 turbo on this one, seems like the design team is lost.

They do, IMO, at least need a turbo as an option. With the possible exception of the CR-V, most normally-aspirated Honda VTEC fours seriously lack torque at all RPMs, and are as wimpy as overcooked pasta unless you rev them up to their horsepower peaks.......as you note, at stratospheric levels. The turbo-4 in the previous RDX was a welcome exception.....it actually moved when you hit the gas at lower RPMs.

Totally agree...for reasons I just outlined above.
