Like Ubernoob and GiantsFan, I recently drove the XKR-S at Jaguar's Alive Drive event that is currently touring the country. Nice event overall, but the XKR-S just felt heavy and so disconnected. Granted it was just a quick 0-60-0 drag strip that we were limited to on the XKR-S, but it didn't feel as visceral as I would want from a $100K+ 550 hp vehicle. But perhaps that's the point, this is the gentleman's rocket with lots of nice luxury, softness, etc.
