It doesn't exist due to the upkeep cost, due to the 19k rpm, these motor only last one or 2 races, so an engine rebuilt is required every 1000 miles or so.
They should make one, is just money, a few people in this world can afford it and want it.
The Caparo T1 is the closest thing right now.
