That cross-border plate on the M3 has to be blocking the radiator air intake. I've seen it on lower-level E92 coupes where the central lower intake is fake, but on the M3 it's wide open. Anyway, modern BMW body styles don't accommodate two-tone colour schemes so this one looks like poor taste by the owner.
And matte grey definitely doesn't belong on a hardcore Ferrari such as the GTO...hope it's just a vinyl wrap. Very nice pic though.
