I won't necessarily say I HATE it. But I disliked it yesterday, I dislike it today, and I will dislike it tomorrow. Same with Audi, Mitsubushi, and the Acura parrot-beaks.

I think it only looks good on the LS and RX. Acceptable on the GS.

I absolutely hate it on the IS and CT.

I guess as the size of the car gets smaller, the spindle grill gets uglier to me.

To be honest I never really warmed up the spindle grill. I definitely don't like the GS and GX. I struggle with the IS; I love the car from certain angles and then from others I think the car has too much front overhang with the spindle accentuating it.

The LS, LX, ES, and RX look great to me though.

It's polarizing.

Which makes it talked about. Debated.

And that's a good thing.

Otherwise, no one would talk about it.

Like my motorcycle. Have you seen how ugly it is?

On a grand scheme I don't like the spindle grill.

Especially on the LS & ES. Just looks like an incredibly chessy afterthought..

Give me the handsome, elegant and beautiful waterfall type grill over these look at me grills any day.

People tend to bash it in pics but its true beauty is admiring it in person, I keep getting compliments on the grill while I'm out and about or putting gas in my car.

Love especially the latest "full" iterations on the IS, CT, RX F-Sport, LS, GX, and NX.

A couple of months ago there was a brief article in C&D (I think) showing the new look of MB grills. They are going toward a more conservative look vs. the current styling. If it catches on other brands will no doubt refine theirs. These types of styling elements change after peaking.

I disagree, I love the F-Sport aggressiveness. At first, when the GS came out, I felt the same way that you did too, but ever since the IS came out and I saw it in person, I've loved the F-Sport styling.

In general I think the F-Sport spindles look better, with the exception of perhaps the LS which has the contrast grey bumper trim in between. But, it has really grown on me.

For instance RX vs F Sport RC, IS vs F Sport IS, F Sport looks much better IMHO.
