Default spray paint on tires

Is there a cleaning product out there that can easily remove spray paint on tire sidewalls?
i used index cards to mask off the sidewalls but some paint got in between the cards..
I tried out what some stuff google guys mentioned such as WD 40, soap, etc but nothing worked really.

I've had some good luck with this product in removing spray paint from a lot of different surfaces. Get it at Home Depot, http://liftoffinc.com/product-graffiti-remover.php

That's a tough one, since anything that will take paint off runs the risk of taking the paint off the wheels as well. Try a small amount of brake fluid (*MASK your wheels) and a good scrub pad, or take it to the tire shop and have them flipped.

* Not with index cards

since the sidewall is just rubber, i figure a kitchen scrubbing pad should work?

Agreed, but don't rub it too hard. Scrubbing-pads, especially those made of steel-wool, can be very abrasive, and actually remove a layer of the rubber itself with the paint.
