2012 Corvette Z06 with the Z07 Package. 20 seconds faster than the previous C6 Z06 lap time. Quicker lap time than the 2012 GT-R.
#9 on the top production car lap times. And virtually the same time as a Viper ACR.

Not a fan of Chevy, the Corvette, or racing, but that was an exciting video. Unless all Ring videos are like this and I'm just a virgin.

Wow, very impressive for the Z06! This must be keeping GT-R fans anxiously up late at night .
The value quotient for the GT-R continues to further decrease. Next time someone says or posts the silly "should've bought a GT-R" comment when talking about supercars or exotics, you can now respond with "GT-R? Waste of money, should've bought a Z06" .

GTR and Z06 + Z07 package are both ~$90k cars, the price point is moot on that. Again, give the GTR the PS Cup R compound tires and dry conditions for a truly fair comparison. The unofficial 2012 GTR time was semi wet.
Just see no reason to get an ZR1 over Z06+Z07 Package, large power advantage and only got 2 seconds faster?
