Looks fantastic! I just hope it's not priced out of many consumers price point who normally shop for hybrids.

considering generous level of equipment in base model, maybe even 27k-28k for base.

Here's my take on Prius V. Good idea...not good enough. Japan will get the lithium-ion battery version with a 3rd row seat aka Prius+. Once again, US gets jipped...and Japan gets the goods.

is small MPV with 2 extra but small seats really suitable for US market?

There is no extra mileage benefit from lion batter in Japan, except it is more expensive.

Well Toyota thinks the 3rd row seat in the Highlander, 4Runner and GX and LX are okay. Why not the Prius?

Have you ever sat in the 3rd row seat of a 4Runner and GX? Not good.

i wish they would do away with all the center consoled instruments. they should all be in front of the driver of the vehicle, not in the center.

because american kids are fat so fill up a 7 seat prius and 0-60 will be half an hour.
