Stock as in,
It is a Crown Majesta engine running exactly how it came out of the car, only thing that has been changed / altered is the 3UZ-FE Coil on Plugs.
There is no Mechanical changes.
Even the Majesta Exhaust Manifolds are used ( I cut the flange plates, spun them upside down, swapped sides, then welded on the steam pipe for the Turbo.)

Stock block perhaps, but it has a turbo running 15-17 pounds of boost on it. And larger injectors.

That doesn't seem stock anymore when you slap a turbo on.

Well it's not a stock car but the internals are sure original!

Any plans on replacing the exhaust manifold? The stock one is horrible for performance.

Well a 248 Cubic inch engine would find it horribly hard to do 10 seconds in NA form !
Without any internal modifications.

I am trying to state, that the engine is how Toyota made it all them years ago, and I added some forced induction ( Only 15 - 17 psi ) not 25 - 30 psi. And the internals stayed together.

Can you state what work one would have to do to a Chev / Ford / Dodge V8 to get same results !

Its an engine that cost me $900 AUD to buy,, I added a FREE Truck Turbo,, $50 eBay Intercooler,,$400 eBay Injectors,,FREE 50mm BOV,, 2 x $200 Wastegates,,$1,000 ECU,, Alloy pipe and silicone hose my mate had laying around, he also had some steam pipe to use.
Transmission is from a Crown Royal Saloon I had sitting under my house for 8 years.

Silvia I bought for $1,500 AUD

All Labour is mine.

Paint was the most expensive thus far $1,000 for materials ( I picked an expensive group colour )

It's not a show n shine glamour, its a * Budget Build * rocket

I think it has done well to make it into the 10's

Congrats on the run, that's quick!

Is that a Mr Fusion behind the snail sticking out of your hood? Looks like some crazy contraption you've got going there, can we get some closer pics of that?

How did you tune this system? DId you lean out the injectors at all with a piggyback?

I assume this is stock transmission as well with exception to the torque convertor and rear end?

Loving this build!

I am using 7M-GTE 480cc Injectors, Tuning them with an Adaptronic e420 ECU.
Running about 45 - 50 psi Fuel Pressure.
I log around 7.4 - 10.1:1 AFR ( I prefer very rich than try to tune for Power ) as it is doing what it is supposed to do ( Keep running, hahaha )

Auto has a Shift kit installed and I made an electric controller to shift the gears manually.

When it comes on Boost @ 4,000rpm, I hit 2nd gear and its all smiles from there, hahahaha Is still on boost at 130mph when I cross the line.
