OMG I can't believe this is being brought up in CL! Definitely overkilled! Just like OM"G", I don't believe in "G" and should we ban it because it is against my religious believes?

I have never heard of anybody referring to someone as ricer based on race/nationality/ethnicity.
It's pretty well understood in the car enthusiast community that ricer refers to, as pointed out by GiantsFan, someone who drives a riced-out car (unnecessary and tasteless modifications that do little to enhance performance while attempting to 'look' fast).
If somebody actually complained about the term ricer, he/she is just being extremely sensitive.
Like someone else said, why is this even a topic/discussion?
