wow! those pictures were hard to look at. driver is in a better place now, but it shouldn't have happened this way. way too young...

can you tell if that was a M3 vert?

I wonder if that contributed to the car splitting in half.

Doesn't look like a vert. The rear clip has a definite C pillar, if the car was sheared in half I think the folding top would've been gone completely too.

no it's not e93. the rear headrests look different
