Try touch-up paint, that's what they would do with small scratches.

If the dealership did the same to you, likely we would see a thread "OMG THE DEALER SUCKS I HATE THEM LOOK AT MY CAR". Do the right thing, inform them and work something out.

Dropped the loaner off and let them know what happened. Dealership said don't worry about. They are going to repaint the bumper anyways from a previous incident. Thanks for the advice guys.
