Pretty self-explanatory.. as of right now, at this point in time, what are your 3 favorite entry level luxury sedans and why?

I only voted twice - IS 350 and G37.
My biggest priority with any automotive purchase is reliability, followed closely by quality (inside and out), design, performance and value.
Reasons for omissions are below:
TL - design, performance (FWD).
A4 - design (interior), performance (no 4cyls, please), and value.
335i - design (interior), value and reliability.
CTS - design (dislike it), quality, reliability.
ES350 - performance (FWD)
HS250h - design, performance, value
MKZ - design, performance, quality, value
C350 - design (interior), performance, value
IS and G do the best job at combining my necessary criteria into an attractive package.

I voted IS, ES, and C
IS: Have the first generation, and seeing it so grown up in its second generation makes me love it even more. the 1st doesnt really count as a lexus if Im honest, interior materials are pretty sub part as well as amenities.
ES: its undeniable value for its size. Great car with lots of room, looks great on the outside, could use some work inside, but for 35K I dont expect much
C: because it looks so darn good looking on the outside, in sport trim. May not be the fastest, quickest around a corner, or offer the most amenities, but there is a real sense of occasion when I drive mine.

I voted IS350, 335i, and TL only with SH-AWD.
Both the IS and 3 are amazing products with technical innovations and proper RWD chassis. I wouldn't hesitate to get an IS. I'd have to do some thinking about a 335 with all of the HPFP issues but it does have an undeniably great suspension design.
Now on to the TL.... I think that if you can get over the fugly exterior design it is a relative bargain and a great driver. It is about 2k cheaper than an IS and loads cheaper than a 3. It has an outstanding AWD system, pretty good reliability, an amazing stereo, and its a hoot to drive. Some say the 3.7 is inefficient--and it is. It may be outdated but it makes an amazing noise for a V6 and the peaky power is pretty fun. From the long term reviews I've read they all say it is dependable and an absolute blast to drive. I've seen what SH-AWD does for an SUV and it only gets better on a sedan. The upcoming mid-cycle update should add the 6 speed and improve the appearance (some...).
If I weren't focusing on a sports entry it would definitely go to the ES350. It is a great car!

For styling, I like the Cadillac CTS SportWagon (if I can cheat and include a wagon). Dynamite looks, nice driving-dynamics, but questionable reliability.
For comfort/quietness, I like the Lexus ES350......but its ride, though on the smooth side by today's standards, is not quite up to the previous 2Gen model. Its reliability, after a couple of first-year glitches, has, of course, been up there.
For a Drivers' Delight, its gotta be the BMW 335i or xi. I've said before, several times, I think it's a better buy, dollar-for-dollar, than the M3. But its reliability, like the Cadillac's, is questionable....particularly with fuel-pump and electronic issues.
