It looks great. Now, where are the big wing and STi kit?

I like it! And I don't usually care much for Subaru design.

I was gonna get a Legacy GT, but if the Impreza looks this nice and offers some updates (6MT, updated 2.5L, etc.) than I may be interested.

Overall, nice-looking, but the roofline, for a sedan, is a joke. What's the back seat designed for, pre-schoolers?

mmarshall: it is becoming hard world for you, with even buick and caddy becoming more and more sporty and uncomfortable

I agree. Looks like the new Scion tC. Not a bad thing though as the tC is a nice looking car IMHO. Now the motor in this Impreza should be much better though I would think.

A bit overstyled IMO.

A new Impreza already? Feels like the current one just came out like a couple of years ago.

No, not really. You're forgetting that I'm not the one that's going to have to sit in that Impreza's rear seat.

As for Buick and Caddy, they still have the cushy-comfort Lucerne and DTS, but I agree with you that those cars, unfortunately, have been neglected by their makers. The DTS has a mediocre V8, both have inefficient, inflexible 4-speed automatics, both handle like barges, and both have too much cheap plastic inside for a vehicle in their class.

Buick, though, in the new LaCrosse, has shown that it can do a reasonably-smooth ride AND good handling/quick-steering at the same time. I didn't believe it until I actually drove the car myself.

I just saw this in Philly--looks awesome. I would definitely get this for my next car! (as long as it stays true to the concept...)
