Contract is a contract. Up to you to break it or not.

If you're in an emergency situation, you will figure out what to do car or not.

Here in Atlanta I've never seen any mileage restrictions on the paperwork.

Even with restrictions, anything can be waived.

I emailed the dealer in a real vague question.

Official response:

"Hello Jerry,

You can drive up to 150 miles per day with our Lexus loaner vehicles. Our loaner cars, cannot leave out of

state as well."

I've never heard of either of these for the last 5 years I've been getting loaners there, could they just be covering their bases and BSing me?

The out of state thing has been something CA dealerships emphasize and is clearly written on the contract.
