I never could understand why some use a license plate frame with Lexus script on it when the Lexus oem badging is a foot away.

I removed the badging on my Lexus while in Mexico and got pulled over for it. The officer thought somewhere in the rule book that I had to have the name of the vehicle on it somewhere (there was no such law) and I even spent the several minutes with him looking for it before he sent me on my way, so I guess in some places you can never have too much badging. Keep in mind as I have mentioned before, right now there is no Lexus in Mexico.

I think it's because the dealer gives them away for free, at least that's what I received from Charles Barker Lexus !
