I guess we both have good points here, but for that $3000 or so, some buyers choose the Passat because of the better handling and material. Personally, I would buy an Accord over both of those.

Yes, some valid points. Personally the Accord is too ugly for my taste.

Note: Camry outsells Passat in US market by 10 to 1 ratio, so from a business standpoint one car obviously has appealed to buyers significantly more than the other.
