Same here. I wouldn't mind having a black 91 CRX with a B18C1 swap. I wouldn't even have to do anything else...just a straight swap. MPG + Speed =

Fourth, the alloy wheels indicate it is probably an Si derivitive. Fifth, it seems to have a tiny rear seat (totally unfit for adults) or package shelf, which is quite unusual for a CRX.
I see Si, not 81.

You might be right. I noted that it looked like an Si derivitive.

The old school Accord LX-i/EX, CR-X and the Legend are the cars that defined Honda in the 1980s-early 1990s - along with the NSX IMO.

Not at all the same, totally different cars. Look carefully, no common body parts. 2nd gen was substantially bigger and sleeker.

Some good CRX history stuff here, but personally I'm excited about knowing more about the new CRX, especially after seeing some of the cool pics posted in CL.

With those options, this could almost be considered a luxury car for the time. Leather interior, glass roof, climate control, cd-player, etc. Its a pretty good list, I imagine that the Legend at the same time didn't come with all of those options.

I would love to have a white crx with that glass roof (tinted as dark as possible), interior leather wrapped just like that but in black with a b18c5 or a jdm b18c (type r not the gsr b18c). That would be king
