Skyline's Galore...
Thought most of the user's would enjoy seeing some picture's of some Skyline's have come across during my time as the GTROC West Midlands Repersentative.
Firstly, the Top Secret Drag R II,i've seen the car a few times now,and most recently was taken for a blast around an air field in it. I've been out in a number of 550/600bhp+ cars, but nothing could touch this when it comes on full boost.. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC00011.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC00015.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC09727.jpg I've seen the JUN Lemon a number of times, having seen both the R33's together at a dyno day a few years back, with a group shot of everyone that was there. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC06054.jpghttp://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC06141.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y273/EmilEG9/2.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC09712.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC09704.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC09126.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC09124.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC05245.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC00878.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC01903.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC04349.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...9/DSC04352.jpg There's a mix of other pictures i've collected, with the last few shots of the various Skyline's me and my family have owned,at the moment i drive a GS300 if anyone is wondering.. Suffice to say, more than clear that i'm a Skyline nut :D |
Ah, the famous Jun and and Top Secret R33s. Very nice .
|
Very nice indeed.
I miss the Skyline name. ...I read the title and first thought Skylarks galore. Who cares? |
lol,thanks guy
i've been out in a number of them now,and driven loads myself, nothing so far has compared to the Drag R II!! |
I wouldn't mind that driveway.. Nice pics..
|
Cool pics. Now where are the roundabout pics? :p
|
You British guys are very fortunate, reading some of the latest British Japanese car magazines, new rules are relaxed on importing any of the Japanese cars of the last decade, so the roads can have insane Top Secret, and JUN skylines, etc. just running around, that is just to cool!

the rules were stupid tight at one point,it's not as harsh as the states law's are,but they were very bad not to long ago!
i'd ditch the skyline's and move to the USA in a heart beat to be honest,i'm a sucker for heat, beaches and hot women, skyline's can wait then :p |
awesome skylines! wish we had more of them here in the States.
|
R33
My favorite GTRs |
Nice shots.
|
thanks,i've literally got thousands i could put up,shall i keep going :D ?
|
In my humble opinion, the R33 and R34 Skylines are some of the most amazing sports cars ever produced. and there are some extremely beautiful examples in these pics.
I also wish we had more of them in the states but at least we can get them, or at least could, is that co motorex I think it was still importing them? these cars are on my "someday" list for sure |
I can never get enough Skyline pics....that 2GS dropped with OEM 17s looks clean :)
