Hi all.
Just picked up our new/old X5 this morning. I can't believe I finally succumbed and bought a BMW. My father absolutely will not stray from them...as much as I tried to convince him...lol, so we bought his old X5 and he picked up a new X6. We're just putting too many miles on our other vehicles that we decided we needed another one.
Interior is a little dated and plain compared to our ML and IS F, but it is adequate for what we need it for. The power of the 4.4 is impressive, and of course, being a BMW, the handling is fantastic. The wind noise and ride quality are significantly worse than our MB.
There have been many mechanical repairs and upgrades so hopefully we won't have any reliability issues...lol.
