Even though the IS250 has the AWD option, the 4runner would definitely be better for those times where you need to plow through snow. You'll appreciate the extra ground clearance. Save the 4runner for those winter days and get the IS350 for the rest of the year.

BTW, welcome!

Welcome and I agree with what Gsteg said. I am sure you know how valuable winter tires are.

Thankx for the welcome... yea, Im keeping the 4Runner, Ive got way to much in it, lol and my boys are wanting it haha.
Thats why now Im thinking getting the IS350, I really dont "need" the AWD, Im going to test drive both back to back and see what one I like better, Growing up in the midwest, ya learn how to drive in the snow in a rear wheel drive, lol
Again, thankx for the welcome

The difference in acceleration is pretty dramatic between the 250 and 350. With the 250, the awd sure puts a bit of strain on the engine that doesn't have much power to begin with. Definitely drive one, but I wouldn't be surprised if you went with the 350 instead. Actually, how about an IS-F
