So it's not just my imagination. I frequently see current model Civics driving with their high beams on, and they tend to be driving slower than the flow of traffic. If I don't have to be at a certain place at a certain time, sometimes I'll just roll in behind them with my high beams on. They generally get the hint.

I've noticed that in Atlanta as well. Seen couple Acura TLs that I can remember.

The only reason they turn their high-beams on is to get a better look at your pretty face.

I was going to ask why all lexus owners whine about hondas/acuras & their owners, but that would be stereotyping, now wouldnt it?

All 3rd generation TL's come with bi-xenon headlights. On the 04-06 models, the highbeam location on the headlights were taken by foglights since the bi-xenon projectors took the place of the high and low beam. What may look like high beams to the unexperienced eye are actually just the fog lights. On the 07-08 models, the fog lights were replaced by DRL's and had traditional independent foglights placed in the bumper instead.

So what does that say about me? Someone who has a Honda and a Lexus? I think the only reason that you think all Honda/Acura owners drive with highbeams is because you do not like Hondas/Acuras, causing you to focus more on them. Or it could be because you are jealous that goats don't have highbeams?

We know that by adding the APC, NOS, Type S or R... stickers, fart can muffler, hot air intake, altezza tails, shopping cart handle wing... that their HP jumps into the 1000 range. Because of this they feel they can go faster than the speed light. Hence they think by turning on the brights this will cast more light so they aren't driving faster than the light coming out of the headlights, which enhances their cat like reflexes so they can swirve in and out of stop and go traffic.

That or if you flash them they assume you want to race, will hunt you done and rev their engine at you and do fly bys until they get board (which isn't long because they have ADD).

And the Mini-van drivers are doing this because they are trying to act cool in front of their kids.

Are you guys sure the highbeams are on? Those civics DRL are known to have glares that are brighter than the sun. I'm not a fan of DRL anyways regardless of the car. I see no benefit to DRL.
