Screw all the other companies
I'm sick and tired of being treated like **** when I show up at the dealer
At least Lexus treats me like another human

Ha!

NEWS FLASH:

I show up at Royal Moore Subaru, asking for an oil change on the spot ('07 wrx), guess what? It's done in under 30 minutes! I pay $34.95, that's it. NO I'm not exaggerating! This has happened 4x in the past year. No backtalk, No B.S, No fake corporate speaking ****'s.

Lexus: "We have to schedule you a time, you can leave the car overnight if you want...." <-- great. Oh but I get chocolates?

@ Subaru I don't get a mile long list of guilt trip related Items that I "should" have serviced.

Lexus the past 4 years: "Oh well that rear main seal is going out" <--- I've only driven the car to Canada and back 800+ miles one way, put over 50k miles on it over 4 years, oh but that main seal, better be done now, or the car will go chernobyl on all of us.

I'm guessing Lexus/Toyota just does not have compensation programs that promote the right behavior, just like every other business in America....:sad

DaveGS4 has one of the sickest garages on this board. I love that collection of cars. Nice work my friend! My wife is putting a nix on my next purchase of an Acura NSX right now. We have too many new home items to take care of.
