NEIMAN MARCUS DIRECT TO LAUNCH THE 2008 NEIMAN MARCUS SPECIAL EDITION HENNESSEY VENOM 700NM

DALLAS, TEXAS (March 9, 2008) - Neiman Marcus Direct announced today that it is partnering with Hennessey Performance Engineering to introduce the 2008 Neiman Marcus Special Edition Hennessey Venom 700NM. The 2008 Special Edition Hennessey Venom will be featured in the spring Neiman Marcus Men's Catalog and will retail for $179.500.

The 2008 Special Edition Hennessey Venom 700NM features jet black paint with a 200-mph tested rear wing and Venom 700NM badges. Inside, custom details include black and red leather appointments, a numbered limited-edition dash plaque, embroidered floor mats and matching luggage. Underhood, there's a custom engine featuring 700 horsepower with 645 lb-ft torque, that can attain 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds.

LOL, I can't believe this guy is still in business. I wonder what happens when these NM customers FINALLY get their cars two years later, and its a black spray painted 96 GTS coupe with the odometer rolled back to 0.

This is definitely the most odd NM car we have seen. There is nothing that screams class or luxury about a Viper.

I think everyone is referring to the actual tuner (Hennessy).

I can't believe NM teamed up with Hennessy. Bad decision in my opinion. Not classy, not luxurious, not NM. They didn't even try to make it look luxurious. Epoch fail.
